MetrUp

MetrUp, the "MetrO updater" utility for PalmOS comes in a new version (1.3.1), with the following changes:

• Safer updates (if any error occurs during the update process, the old file is restored)
• Access to the web service on our new server (see below)
• Minor bug fix
