Frankfurt am Main

T. Atzert has sent an update for some of the S-Bahn lines in Franfurt am Main (Germany). And since some of these lines are also present in our Mainz file, I have changed that one as well.

Smart Download

I have fixed a bug on our Smart Download service.

Now, when you select "Older Version" for your current version, you will be able to download any database you select, even if it has not been updated for years...

I have finally found time to rebuild our databases for Brussels (Belgium), on the (excellent) input provided by L. Debacker, as usual ;-)

You may download the new files: Bruxelles.pdb and/or Brussel.pdb. However, you should be aware they have not been thoroughly tested yet (that's the reason why I don't publish them through our online update tools).

Brest

C. Guyon, from Bibus - the transport authority in Brest (France) - has sent me the "official" update to the bus network. I have fixed a few minor errors on the database we provided with the latest release.

Riga, Minsk & Rhein-Ruhr

F. Wilhelm provided the data for the bus network in Riga (Latvia). However I have some trouble because it turns out to be too large for the program (yes, it has some limitations, as well as the small devices on which it runs). We will see what we can do about that...

He also suggested fixes for minor errors in the Minsk (Belarus) and Rhein-Ruhr (Germany) databases.

After "Bubu" wrote about errors in the Amsterdam (Netherlands) database, K. de Bondt has provided a correction for line 18.

MetrO 5.4.4

The new version of MetrO has been released. See the details on our web site.

This version does not include recent important changes in the Brussels network, an interim release may be published when I have time to update the database.

London

Service to Heathrow airport terminal 4 in London (UK) resumed this morning on the Picaddilly line. I took the opportunity to describe it more accurately in our database.

Works are ongoing on the Waterloo & City line, which will be closed on Saturday until mid-December.

These changes will be included in our soon-to-be-released version 5.4.4 but you may download it here as well.

New York

Service on line M in New York (USA) is suspended between 36th St and Bay Parkway during rush hours.

One station closed for works was supposed to reopen today but the reopening has been postponed.

The updated database will be included in the new version (coming shortly) but you may also download it here.
